How to Use the vConsultant for SAP Support

The vConsultant will then prompt you to enter your feedback. Once submitted, your feedback will automatically be forwarded to the 360SPRO support team.

How to Forward a Request to 360SPRO SAP Support

If a vConsultant is unable to resolve a user’s issue, the user has the option to forward the request directly to 360SPRO SAP Support. Once received, 360SPRO will contact the user to clarify and resolve the issue. The support will be billed at an hourly rate between 45 € and 55 €, depending on the user’s subscribed plan.

To forward a request, the user has two simple options:

  1. Ask the vConsultant to open a support ticket with 360SPRO on their behalf.
  2. Click the “Ticket” button located near the message input field. This action signals the vConsultant to forward the issue to 360SPRO Support.

Once 360SPRO starts processing the request, a ticket number will be generated and sent to the user by email for tracking purposes.
