The main domain serves to present 360SPRO’s services in the field of IT and SAP consulting. No contracts are concluded through this website – individual services are provided based on separate agreements.

The support platform allows registered users to access digital SAP support services – either via subscription (AI-based support) or as one-time support (ticket-based).

 

  1. Services Offered

On the Main Domain:

  • Provision of general information, references, and pricing for orientation purposes (non-binding)

On the Support Platform:

  • Web-based AI support via subscription
  • Manual ticket booking with individual billing

 

  1. Registration and Contract Conclusion (Support Platform only)
  • Use of the support platform requires prior registration via Clerk.
  • A monthly subscription is established upon contract conclusion without a minimum term.
  • Any natural person aged 18 or older may register.

 

  1. Term & Termination (Support Platform only)
  • Subscriptions run indefinitely and can be terminated at any time at the end of the current billing period.
  • Termination is possible via the platform or by contacting 360SPRO.
  • The right to use the service ends after the paid period expires.

 

  1. Payment Terms (Support Platform only)
  • Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe.
  • Prices and billing cycles are displayed on the platform.
  • No entitlement to refunds in case of early cancellation or non-use.

 

  1. Use of AI System (Support Platform only)
  • Some responses are generated automatically using an AI-based system (based on 360SPRO’s SAP knowledge).
  • No legal or professional advice is provided.
  • Users agree not to enter sensitive or personal data into the system.

 

  1. Technical Usage (Both Domains)

Prohibited actions include:

  • Automated data extraction (scraping)
  • Disruption or manipulation of system processes
  • Security-related attacks (e.g., malware)

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (Support Platform only)
  • No right of withdrawal pursuant to § 356(5) BGB for digital services rendered immediately.
  • Refunds are excluded.

 

  1. Availability & Modifications (Both Domains)
  • 360SPRO reserves the right to modify or remove content at any time.
  • No guarantee of permanent availability or error-free functionality.

 

  1. Liability
  • No guarantee for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
  • Use is at the user’s own risk.
  • Liability only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  • No liability for loss of profit or indirect damages.

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content is protected by copyright.
  • Use requires prior written permission.
  • Infringements may be subject to legal action.

 

  1. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our current Privacy Policy.
