AI Transparency Notice

Our support platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to provide automated responses as part of our SAP support services.
- How the AI Support Works
Some responses are generated automatically by an AI-based assistant system. The underlying models are based on 360SPRO’s SAP knowledge and use generative language models provided by trusted third-party providers such as OpenAI or Microsoft Azure.
- Data Sources & Training Basis
The AI is not trained using customer-specific personal data. Instead, it is based on:
- internal project and training knowledge of 360SPRO
- publicly available information
- general-purpose language models from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Azure)
- Processing of Personal Data
Using the AI support feature is voluntary and does not require the input of sensitive or personal data. Please do not enter confidential or personal information when using the assistant.
- Purpose of Processing
The AI system serves to:
- provide orientation on SAP-related topics
- assist with frequently asked questions
- support your interaction experience
There is no automated decision-making with legal or similar effects under Art. 22 GDPR.
- Data Disclosure & Security
Technical data such as user inputs, IP address, and timestamps may be transmitted during use to the following providers:
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI (for text generation)
- Clerk (for user authentication)
- Vercel (for platform hosting)
Processing is based on:
- your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers
- appropriate technical and organizational safeguards (TOMs)
- AI Disclosure Notice
A permanent transparency message is shown within the assistant interface:
“Just like a real consultant, vConsultant can sometimes make mistakes. Please check important details and let us know your feedback.”
This notice makes users aware that responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. Individual responses are not labeled separately.
